Individual mark statements are issued to all the students for every semester.
Duplicate individual mark statement can be given on request after verification.
Consolidated mark statements for final year students are issued in the first week of July.

Best Practices
- Laminated Consolidated mark statement of final semester candidates with photograph of the candidate is issued two days after the publications of the results of revaluation.
- Supplementary examinations (only for final semester) will be conducted within 15 days after the publication of the results of revaluation.
Rank Certificate
For every programme, certificates will be issued for the first Rank holders.
Provisional Certificate
Provisional Certificates will be issued to the candidates immediately after obtaining of the same from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Degree Certificate
Degree certificates will be issued during the Graduation Day and for further details the graduands can contact the College Office.
Genuineness Certificate
Genuineness Certificate will be issued within a day or two from the date of application.
Official Transcript
Official Transcript will be issued within a day or two from the date of application.
